Welcome

Well, I guess to start this off I will say that this is the first blog that I have wrote. So it might take me a little while to get used to this, but here we go.

In this blog I am going to walk through my journey to my first full Ironman. So far I have completed 2 - half Ironman distance and 3 - sprint distance triathlons. This past year I started training with a triathlon club for the first time. This was the greatest training decisions that I have made. Training became much easier and even fun when a group of people consistently are available to work with.

Todays Workout:
No Work Out. I am currently taking time off to recover from completing the Half Ironman Distance at the Redman.
